Share your Wonderment data with Zendesk to give your Customer Service Agents powerful insights on your shipping and fulfillment WISMO tickets.

Step 1: Authorize Wonderment

Go to the Zendesk integration page in the Wonderment app. Add your Zendesk account domain name and click "Authorize". You will be redirected to Zendesk to confirm the integration.

Step 2: Add the Sidebar Widget

Once you've authorized your account, you can add a Zendesk sidebar widget in one click. with the "Add Widget" button.

Now your Zendesk sidebar widget will include data from Wonderment about the status of customers' shipments.
